Welcome to the Redstick CARES Crawfish Cookoff, our most exciting and delicious fundraiser of the year! This event brings together the best crawfish boilers from the Greater Baton Rouge area, each showcasing their coveted crawfish recipes, all for a great cause.

Redstick U offers 12 hours of hands-on restaurant instruction each week.
In class, students prepare for their monthly café by taking ownership of every step of the process. From selecting the theme and creating the menu to inventorying ingredients, prepping and cooking dishes, and designing the café space—students do it all. They also gain real-world experience in hosting, serving, and expediting meals to customers.

Daily rotations of cooking, art, problem solving, movement, & social skills. Ages 13+

This powerful production raises awareness of women’s experiences while uplifting voices that deserve to be heard. Proceeds from the event directly support FREE mental health support groups and social opportunities for women across Louisiana, helping create safe, supportive spaces in our community.

Our Exceptional Theatre program provides a unique opportunity for individuals of all developmental, physical, and communicative abilities to shine on the big stage. Through music, movement, and storytelling, participants build confidence, express creativity, and experience the joy of performing in an inclusive and supportive environment.
